Summer Days

Love that we live so close to the beach being here.  It is wonderful to just get into the car and in 15 min we are on sand and hearing the waves come in.  It has been a great blessing.  It is even more fun when the beach is right outside of your door.  The week after we got back we housesat for our friends again.  It was fun to enjoy beach time and to just have a different scene.  We even caught crabs, they are so cute.  The kids loved holding them and petting them

Paw Sox: Beginning of Summer in Rhode Island

Coming back from Utah was much harder than I thought it would be.  The adjustment just took longer. It didn't help, either, that Adam was doing an internship the week I got back.  So it was VERY nice to have something to look forward to that weekend.  The Freels, one of our very good friends out here, invited us to go to a Paw Sox game with them.  So fun.

 We had to sneak in her apples.  I know.  But really?  We can't bring food it?  We ate as much as we could outside of the stadium and then we went in.  This was the only form of food we brought in.

 Aren't they so cute?  Matthew is Gabby's best friend.  She is always talking about him and Kaitlyn is just so sweet to Gabby. Very grateful for that. 

The Flight Home

Was just as bad as the flight there.  Only it felt like it was much LONGER than it should have been.  The kids cried the WHOLE way.  Yes, both did.  Ethan had a blow out that got all over my pants.  Then the plane was delayed by 2 hours.  Horrible.  Good part.  The nice people that helped on our way back home.  The stewardess was very kind... she even offered to buy me a drink.  Ha.  But I don't drink.  So it was a nice thought.  Never fly alone with 2 kids under the age of 3... just sayin'.  Well, if the flight is longer than 2 hours.  It's bad.

 OH they look sweet... but minutes after these pictures they were a mess!!! So tired just thinking about it!!! Fun. (not)

Farewell Utah

Until next time... whenever that will be, it was great.  Really great.  How we love being with family and how we miss them... sigh. Thanks for everything.

Last night at the park... I loved Sundays there.  Just relaxing.  

Saying Goodbyes

You know the only thing that I regret with this trip would be the lack of pictures that I took. I know,  you're probably thinking that I took a lot and true, I did.  But I didn't get pictures of us being with others.  More pictures with grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.  I just have randomness most of the time.  But next time I'll take more pictures that count.

We LOVE aunt Niki.  Oh we do.  Especially the kids.  They just adore her.  But how can you not?  Thank you for a GREAT vacation!!!  We love you
