Busy Busy Busy

Lately, to keep me busy and to keep me away from bothering Adam while he studies his many hours of school work, I have been doing one project after another.  I did all the decor for the Relief Society Celebration.  I designed the Save the Date and Invite for my brother in-laws memorial.  I designed and have helped planned the Schroeder Family get together this summer (going to be WAY too much fun). And I have recovered my pillows (still have a few more to do) and I have been busy making and designing bow ties and suspenders for my boy and nephews.

Phew.  I have been LOVING it.   I didn't think that I could design anything- nor did I think that I could sew something in less than an hour.  How I LOVE developing talents.  They really do get better after time.  Strange too... because since doing these talents I have also been working out.  Lookin' good.  Ok I am getting there, and then balancing the rest of the my life.  It feels great.

Anyway- here are a few pictures of my pillows and bow ties and suspenders.  Fun!!!! I have even had requests to make some more bow ties... sweet.  Keep me busy

Sunny Sunday Day

Love Sundays.  Love that we get to go to church.  Love that Adam is home ALL day.  Love when it is sunny.  And love those Sunday walks.  It has been a bit since we have been able to do the walk, so it was extra special.  We just walked over to the farm.  The animals were so friendly.  They must have missed us too because they came right up to us and talked with us for a bit.  Too much fun.

Isn't that dress just to die for?  I wish I could wear it.  It is from my mom.  When Gabby saw it she immediately said, "Oh mommy.  Cute. So Cute."  I agree Miss Gabby

Crazy Hair

Gabby loves it when her hair is crazy.  We do too.  Oh and the girl in the mirror does too.  All she kept saying to herself in the mirror was how silly mom is and how cute her hair is.  Got to love her.

Relief Society Celebration

I was FINALLY able to do an activity anyway I wanted to.  Since it was the Relief Celebration... I was very excited to make it something that would allow the sisters to feel loved.  It ended up snowing on the big day, so not many came.  Nonetheless, it was still fun.  I LOVED how the decor came together. The food was great.  The game was fun.  And the company was so perfect.  What a great evening.

Side note:  Adam made those boxes that you see on the table.  He is so crafty...  I think that that is the word I want.... he is just amazing.
 Our photo booth
Isn't that circle garland just too adorable?  I LOVED making it.  So easy. So cute.

Isn't that cake AMAZING!!! It was that good too.
One of the ladies who spoke that evening decorated her own table.  It threw me off at first because it didn't go with the rest of the decor, but it grew on me and worked out fabulously in the end. Thank goodness.  Ha.

I was SO excited to use my birthday banner that I made for Gabby's first birthday.  It was just perfect

I had way too much making everything that you see on that plate.... so fun (I am so enjoying designing quotes, etc. Lovin' It)
